Catering for small groups of sophisticated clientele with this mini spit braai is a chef's dream come true. Spitting enough meat for 40 guests, but yet it is small enough not to be a waste to set it up for a Sunday Lunch for an intimate party of 6. It cooks with a single Gas Burner and uses a 220v electric motor. It comes standard with braai attachments, 2 clamp plates, and 1 double-spike to hold the leg of lamb or rolled meat in place. Like the bigger model it too has a 50Mhz, 0,47Amp 220v motor in a heat-protective box as its drive train. The tempered sight glass in the lid allows the chef to monitor the meat while it is cooking without having to open the braai. It is made out of the highest food-grade stainless steel thus allowing the usage of the bottom bay to cook veggies or any other side dish. And again cleaning is a breeze due to the high-quality finish and a handy plug in the bottom of the bay. This Spit comes in 2 derivatives with the 1st fitted with legs making it a very handy table braai, or if preferred fitted with legs making it a stand-alone braai.
